REGULATIONS: |
| Visitors
are required to have a national passport or other internationally
recognized travel document endorsed for travel to Malaysia with a
validity period of at least six months beyond the time of stay allowed
in Malaysia. Travelers from certain countries need to apply for a
visa before entering the country. |

| Malaysia
enjoys a tropical climate throughout the year with warm, humid days
and pleasantly mild evenings. Temperatures range from 21-32 degrees
Celsius in the lowlands while being slightly cooler in the highlands.

currency is the Ringgit (RM or MYR). The Ringgit is pegged to the
Canadian dollar at a rate of 2.50RM to the CAD$, although the rate
varies depending on the exchange rate. |

HEALTH
REQUIREMENT:

| Yellow
Fever vaccination is required for all visitors coming from Yellow

international airport is the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in
the capital city. Departure tax is RM40.00 for international travel
and RM5.00 for domestic travel. |

SHOPPING: |
| The
main shopping districts in Kuala Lumpur are Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman,
Jalan Masjid India and Jalan Bukit Bintang. Popular open air street
markets are located at Petaling Street, Chinatown, Kampung Baru and
Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. |
